Return Policy for Stay Salti

 

At Stay Salti, we craft premium water hammocks and yacht inflatables to elevate your water adventures. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below, which applies to all purchases made on staysalti.com. This policy is in addition to your legal rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

- *Geographic Restriction*: Returns are accepted only within the United States, unless otherwise authorized by our returns department.

- *Timeframe: Items must be returned within **7 days* of the delivery date.

- *Condition*: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- *Eligible Items*: Most Stay Salti inflatables are eligible, except:

  - Final sale items (marked as such at purchase).

 

2. Return Process

1. *Contact Us*: Email [support@staysalti.com] with your order number and reason for return.

2. *Return Authorization*: We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. For non-U.S. returns, prior approval from our returns department is required.

3. *Ship the Item*: Securely package the item with the RMA number and ship to [insert return address] within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

   - *Shipping Costs*: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. *Inspection*: We’ll inspect the return and notify you of refund or exchange approval.

 

3. Refunds

- *Processing Time*: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

- *Refund Method*: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

- *Non-Refundable Fees*: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

 

4. Exchanges

- Exchanges are available for *the same product* (same model and color) within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

- Follow the return process above and specify you want an exchange.

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

- If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at [support@staysalti.com] with photos of the issue.

- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or exchange at no cost to you. Non-U.S. customers must contact our returns department for approval.

- Items damaged due to misuse (e.g., over-inflation, improper storage) are not eligible for return.
